If you ever need to reprint an order ticket, whether for your staff or for a preparation station, or a receipt for the customer, Butler gives you this option in just a few steps.
Reprinting an Order Ticket
1. Go to Order History
From the Butler Panel, select the Order History tab.
2. Select an Order
Find the order you’re interested in and click on it to open the Order Details window.
3. Print the Ticket
In the order details window, click the “Print Order Ticket” button at the top right. The ticket will be printed on the default kitchen or bar printer, depending on the items in the order.
Reprinting a Receipt
1. Go to Order History
From the Butler Panel, select the Order History tab.
2. Select an Order
Find the order you’re interested in and click on it to open the details.
3. Locate the Receipt
At the bottom of the window, under the Receipts section, find the receipt you want to reprint.
4. Print the Receipt
Click the “Reprint” button on the right side of the receipt. The receipt will be printed on the default printer for receipts and invoices.
Important Note:
Reprint vs. Reissue: Reprinting creates an exact copy of the existing receipt, while reissuing creates a brand-new receipt with a new number and date. Use reprint only when you need to replace a lost or damaged receipt.
For Reissue: If you need to issue a new receipt, click the “Issue Receipt” button located above the receipts table.
With these simple steps, you can reprint order tickets and receipts in Butler whenever needed, keeping your business organized and efficient.
