Delivery: Management, Tracking, and Organization of Deliveries

In this article, we’ll look at the structure of the Delivery tab.

Updated this week

The “Orders (Delivery)” tab in the Butler Panel gives you a complete overview of orders ready for delivery, helping you organize and effectively monitor the delivery process carried out by your couriers.

It is divided into 3 sub-sections (tabs), which are the following:

1. New Orders

Here you’ll find new orders available for assignment to couriers. For each order, you can see:

  • Order date

  • Total amount

  • Order ID

  • Payment status (paid or unpaid)

  • Order details (quantities, options, notes)

  • Delivery address

An example is shown below:

2. To Be Delivered

Here you’ll find the orders that have already been assigned to couriers. In addition to the information mentioned above, you can also see the driver who has taken on the delivery.

3. Map

This tab displays a map with the following information:

  • Service Radius: The total area where your store delivers. It is shown as a blue circle on the map.

  • Store Location: Displayed with a red pin.

  • Order Locations: The delivery addresses of pending orders appear as pins that change color from green to red, depending on their distance from the store. This helps visualize distances and plan delivery routes.

In upcoming articles, we’ll cover more features of this tab—how to assign orders to drivers and how drivers can claim them.

With the help of the Delivery tab, you can:

  • Get a clear overview of pending delivery orders

  • Assign orders to couriers

  • Track the progress of deliveries

  • Optimize delivery routes based on distance and location
