The Butler Panel allows you to easily switch the table you are recording orders to, whether it’s for Take Away or Delivery. Let’s go through the steps depending on your store’s settings.
1. Go to the Point of Sale
Open the “Point of Sale” tab in the Butler Panel.
2. Open Settings
Click the gear icon located at the top center of the screen.
3. Select Table
Scenario 1: One table type (Take Away or Delivery)
You will see a button labeled “Selected Take Away/Delivery Table” showing the table currently in use.
Click the arrow next to the table name and select the new table you want to use from the list. The list will only display tables of the same type (Take Away or Delivery).
Scenario 2: Both table types (Take Away and Delivery)
You will see a toggle indicating the current order type (Take Away or Delivery).
You will see two buttons:
4. Completion
After selecting the new table, the Point of Sale will update automatically, and you’ll be ready to record orders at the new table.
Important Notes:
Make sure you select the correct table depending on the order type you want to record.
If you change the table after adding products to the cart, the order will be transferred to the new table.
