With Butler, you can create attractive offers for specific categories or individual products, helping you promote your menu and boost your sales.
The new Offers feature replaces the previous Discounts function, giving you far more options and greater flexibility.
What’s new in the “Offers” feature?
Unlike the previous Discounts feature, which was more limited, the new Offers feature is designed to better match your store’s needs. You now have access to a complete tool that allows you to apply offers in a more targeted way (for example, by table or by menu) and choose from three new categories:
Bundle Discounts: Discounts applied when specific products are combined (e.g. 1 coffee + 1 toast).
Direct Discount: A simple and quick discount applied to the total order or to selected items.
Coupons: Discount codes that you can share with your customers.
Note: These discounts apply exclusively to use within Butler POS and are not available for menus on delivery platforms such as e-Food and Wolt.
For promotional actions related to these specific platforms, please use the promotional tools provided separately by each platform.
Accessing Offers
The process of locating them in your admin panel is very simple:
1. Go to the Catalogue section
Sign in to the Butler Panel from your computer or tablet. Open the navigation menu on the left-hand side of the application and go to the “Menu” tab.
2. Open the Offers section
Click the purple Offers button located at the top right of the page. A new screen will open, where you can now view, create, and manage all your promotional offers.
