Accessing the Subscription Management Page
You can access your store’s “Subscription Management” page in two ways:
Through the Butler Panel
1. Log in to the Butler Panel
Sign in to the Butler Panel with your account credentials. If you encounter difficulties, refer to the login guide found here.
2. Navigate to User Options – User Profile
At the top-right corner of the screen, locate the user icon. (On Desktop, your username will also appear to the right of the icon.)

3. Select “Subscriptions”
In the menu that appears, click on “Subscriptions.”
4. Go to butler.gr
A new browser tab will automatically open, taking you to the “Subscription Management” page on butler.gr.
Through the main butler.gr website
1. Go to butler.gr
From a browser (Chrome, Mozilla, Safari, Microsoft Edge), navigate to https://butler.gr.
2. Log in with your account
At the top-right corner of the screen, click the “Log In” button.
Sign in using the same account you use to manage your store in the Butler Panel.
3. Open User – Store Profile Options
After logging in successfully, the same button will now display your store’s name.
Click on it again to open the user – store options menu.
4. Select “Subscriptions”
In the menu that appears, click on “Subscriptions.”
5. Go to the “Subscription Management” page
Alternatively, you can go directly via https://butler.gr/manage.
Navigating the “Subscription Management” Page
Now that we’ve seen how you can access your subscriptions, let’s go over how to manage them. On the “Subscription Management” page, you will see a table displaying your active subscriptions.
Subscription Information:
Service Name: The name of the service you are subscribed to.
Expiration Date: The expiration date of your current subscription.
Status: Active or Inactive.
Cost: The cost of the subscription (monthly or yearly).
Default Card: The card used to pay for the subscription.

Available Actions:
Cards: Click the debit card icon to add a new card as an alternative payment method for renewing your subscriptions.
Cancel Automatic Renewal: Click the “Cancel Automatic Renewal” button to disable the automatic renewal of the subscription. The service will remain active until the expiration date but will not renew automatically.
Re-enable Automatic Renewal: If you have canceled automatic renewal, you can enable it again by clicking the “Enable Automatic Renewal” button.
With these simple instructions, you can easily manage your subscriptions in Butler and have full control over the services you use.
