If you need to cancel the automatic renewal of a subscription, you can do it easily through the “Subscription Management” page.
1. Access the Subscription Management Page
To access the “Subscription Management” page, follow the steps described in the article “Butler Subscription Management: Renewal, Payment Method Change, and Cancellation.”
Alternatively, you can go directly to https://butler.gr/manage.
2. Cancel Automatic Renewal
Locate Subscription: On the “Subscription Management” page, find the subscription you want to cancel.
Cancel Renewal: Click the “Cancel Automatic Renewal” button next to the subscription, on the right side of the table.
Confirmation: A confirmation window will appear. Click “Yes” to disable automatic renewal.
Important Notes:
Service Expiration: The service will remain active until the expiration date of the current subscription. After that date, your subscription will be deactivated and you will no longer have access to the service.
Reactivation: If you change your mind, you can re-enable automatic renewal anytime before the expiration date by clicking the “Enable Automatic Renewal” button.
Refunds: Canceling automatic renewal does not entitle you to a refund for the current subscription period.
